Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information Cella Body LLC collects through the waitlist on cellabody.com, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to the waitlist only; when we later launch e-commerce features, we will publish a separate or expanded policy covering order and payment information.

2. Information We Collect

Through the waitlist form, we collect the email address you submit, and may collect a name if the form asks for one. We also automatically collect limited technical information common to any website visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and general usage data (for example, which pages you viewed).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: send you the marketing emails you signed up for (new drops, launch updates, brand news); operate, secure, and improve the Site; understand aggregate waitlist growth and engagement; and comply with our legal obligations.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the waitlist and send communications (for example, an email delivery platform or website hosting provider), each of whom is permitted to use your information only to provide that service to us, and as required by law, such as in response to a valid legal request.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site may use cookies or similar technologies to remember your preferences and understand how visitors use the Site.

6. Data Retention

We keep waitlist information for as long as needed to operate the waitlist and send you communications, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

7. Your Choices and Rights

  • Unsubscribe: every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, honored within 10 business days.

  • Access or deletion: you can ask us at any time to tell you what information we have about you, or to delete it, by contacting us at the email in Section 12.

  • California residents: although Cella Body does not currently meet the revenue or data-volume thresholds that trigger the California Consumer Privacy Act, we honor access and deletion requests from all waitlist members regardless of location as a matter of practice.

8. Children's Privacy

The waitlist is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. Consistent with Section 4 of the Terms, we also ask that waitlist members be at least 18.

9. Data Security

We maintain reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect, scaled to the size and nature of our business, consistent with New York's SHIELD Act. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site with a new effective date.

11. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
